1. Break a long project into short projects for grasshopper-minded Millennials.
2. Understand that “Millennial employees” and “Gen X employees” require a course inĀ basic manners.
3. Work with their need to “cyberloaf” – conduct a little personal business online.
4. Understand that “Millennial employees” and “Gen X employees” desireĀ personal space in an overloaded work environment.
5. Presume that “Millennial employees” have no concept of privacy – theirs, yours, or the company’s.
