Millennials are unconcerned with privacy. They are the tell-all generation.
Millennials’ lack of concern about privacy can be beneficial to marketers. If your company does something that pleases a millennial customer, she will tell all her friends and anyone else who will listen to her.
But, if you displease a millennial, prepare for her wrath! While the Facebook generation can be your best publicist, it can also be your worst nightmare. Millennials don’t think twice about trashing your product, your service, and you personally. They live in a water cooler world where nothing is off limits when it comes to gossip.
So, each and every transaction with a millennial is important because it impacts your reputation with many potential customers.
