Millennials are products of the information age.
In general, millennials lack the ability to communicate face-to-face. They’re accustomed to tweeting, texting, emailing, posting, and pinning. They rarely have their heads up from their mobile devices. They often seem unaware of, or unable to read, body language, verbal signals or facial cues. Digital is their native language.
Companies and agencies can give workshops in non-digital communication, and, millennials can take it upon themselves to learn these critical skills.
